In the early 2000s, I left the familiar landscapes of Germany and plunged into the vibrant heart of Hollywood. Under the guidance of two seasoned composers, I delved into the intricacies of sampling, synthesizer programming, and studio routing. My work soon caught the industry's attention, leading me to contribute to the TV show Ocean Ave, compose music for animated series, and even score for McDonald’s global 'I’m lovin’ it' campaign.

Since then, I composed and produced music for multiple award-winning short films and commercials for famous brands like BMW, Lindt, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, just to name a few, documentaries and theatre productions.

2014 I began writing and producing for several global production music publishers. My music found its way onto TV screens across Europe, North, and South America, well over 20k times, resonating with audiences worldwide.

However, in 2019, I felt a shift.

I saw emerging talents in the industry grappling with the same challenges I once faced. Recognizing their struggles, I decided to focus on empowering aspiring composers, sharing my wealth of knowledge, and guiding them toward successful careers.

Today, my impact on the world of film and media composition extends beyond my music, reaching into the thriving careers of those I mentor.

“Sebastian gave me very practical advice on how to find out what genres are being used most, how to get a good workflow going.”
